Meditation
Just like your body must have sleep your soul needs time to veg. Try meditation. Meditation is simply quiet time alone, and without distractions. Find a quiet place, get comfortable, close your eyes and try to remove all thought from your mind - easier said than done! But, with practice you'll be able to lengthen this self nurturing down-time into longer and longer periods. You'll feel better and be a better person for it.
