Why Massage?

To tell you the reasons "why" massage is good for you is almost counterproductive. Yet it bears consideration. The underlying reasons why we like massage so much is that it shown to improve your circulatory system, has a positive effect on the nervous system, increases circulation of the lymphatic system, enhances the respiratory system, relieves and relaxes muscles and connective tissues, (let alone has a very positive effect on sore muscles,) and can stimulate the release of endorphins that give you a euphoric feeling. But, the bottom line is massage feels very good and is good for you. So, don't think too much, just enjoy!
